Since 2020, Frédéric Le Floch has been an associate at JP Karsenty.
He advises French and international clients in civil and commercial litigation and is particularly involved in issues of unfair trade practices (in particular in the field of unfair termination of established commercial relationships), both as counsel and in litigation.
Frédéric also advises on cases relating to distribution networks (selective or exclusive) and consumer law. He also assists the clients in matters related to personal data law.
