Nathalie Tourrette joined JP Karsenty in 1998 and has been, for many years, Jean-Pierre Karsenty’s associate who introduced her to wine law. Her recognized expertise and her involvement with clients have allowed the firm to develop this historical activity while diversifying it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, Nathalie advises and defends a varied clientele of operators (cooperative and private wineries, traders, ODG, interprofessions) on issues specific to wine law (cooperation, designation of origin and geographical indication, trademark, labelling, Evin law, specifications, deception, falsification, misleading commercial practices, customs issues, rural law, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For this wine industry clientele, she also works in distribution and consumer law, intellectual property law, criminal law, corporate law and labor law. Her activity, which is both targeted and transverse, provides her with a 360\u00b0 vision of the problems encountered by operators in the wine industry and, more generally, in the agricultural world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Very close to her clients, Nathalie regularly travels to the provinces and pleads before the different courts of the judicial order.
