It assists them in judicial or amicable expert appraisals, and represents them before all French courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm also acts in cross-border litigation. In this respect, JP Karsenty regularly assists foreign nationals, in particular British nationals who have been, during their stay in France, victims or authors of a personal injury.
