{"id":3238,"date":"2016-10-28T09:19:00","date_gmt":"2016-10-28T09:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jpkarsenty.com\/seminar-on-flex-work-international-litigation-and-assets-transactions-aija-october-2016\/"},"modified":"2016-10-28T09:19:00","modified_gmt":"2016-10-28T09:19:00","slug":"seminar-on-flex-work-international-litigation-and-assets-transactions-aija-october-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jpkarsenty.com\/en\/seminar-on-flex-work-international-litigation-and-assets-transactions-aija-october-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Seminar on Flex Work, International Litigation and Assets Transactions &#8211; AIJA October 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas RICARD and Cl\u00e9mence COLIN have participated, as members of the Organizing Committee, in the triple seminar \u00ab <em>Flex Work, International Litigation and Assets Transactions <\/em> \u00bb located in Lille from 13th to 15th October 2016 in the framework of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), with international lawyers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment law<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seminar in employment law dealt with \u201cFlex work\u201d (\u201cFlex work: how far is it flexible?\u201d), and more particularly with global variations on traditional employment relationship models.<\/p>\n<p>Cl\u00e9mence COLIN gave a presentation on the \u201clegal right to disconnect\u201d. New technologies have had a significant impact on employment relationships, in particular on employees work time. The legal measures of French law of August 8th 2016 have been analyzed, with a focus on employees working a given number of days per year without any hourly reference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Litigation and commercial fraud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seminar in litigation and commercial fraud dealt with the taking of evidence in an international framework and with the complex issues raised by transnational litigation.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas RICARD gave a presentation of the taking of evidence.
