He is also regularly involved in litigation before the courts, particularly in matters of patents, trademarks, unfair competition and industrial risks.<br>&nbsp;<br>&#8220;<em>We are very pleased with Pierre&#8217;s appointment as Counsel within the firm, which rewards his involvement.
