Justin Ramet has served as an associate in JP Karsenty’s Intellectual Property team since 2025.
He holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, under the supervision of Professors Frédéric Pollaud-Dulian and Tristan Azzi. His research thesis focused on the concept of the “counterfeiting co-contractors.”
Before joining JP Karsenty, Justin gained extensive experience within specialized departments of renowned international companies, where he contributed to strategic projects aimed at protecting and enhancing intangible assets. His work included managing intellectual property portfolios, conducting risk assessments, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, as well as handling pre-litigation and litigation matters, often in transnational contexts.
As an associate attorney, he now advises and represents French and international clients in various fields of intellectual property law, including trademarks, designs, patents and copyright, as well as in matters of unfair competition and parasitism, across multiple industries such as textiles, automotive, wine, and digital technologies.
Justin also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of contractual and transactional agreements, both in French and English.
