Personal data protection policy

The law firm JP KARSENTY & ASSOCIES is attentive to the protection of the personal data of its clients, of any person who accesses its website accessible at the following address: http://jpkarsenty.com/ (hereinafter "the Website"), and in general of any person whose personal data it is required to process.

3. What categories of personal data are processed?

  • Legal persons of public or private law collaborating in the public service of justice: bailiffs, postulants lawyers, legal representatives, jurisdictions within the framework of the purposes recalled previously.

6. How long are personal data kept?
