Lisa Georgeault joined the firm’s economic law team as an associate in 2025.
Building on previous experience within in-house legal departments and law firms, Lisa has developed expertise in contract law (negotiation and drafting of agreements, including IT service contracts and partnership agreements), as well as in consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.
She advises both French and international clients across a range of sectors, providing support in advisory matters and litigation, including proceedings before regulatory authorities.
