Criminal Labour Law

JP Karsenty acts during the investigation phase and before the criminal courts. It defends corporate entities and managers as well as employees, whether they are prosecuted for labour law violations or victims of such violations. 

The firm's labour law and criminal law divisions combine their respective expertise to guarantee effective monitoring of labour law cases and controlled procedures. 

The lawyers of JP Karsenty's criminal law team also provide advice to companies and their managers on criminal risk prevention. They also assist companies and their managers by providing advice on criminal risk prevention. 

The firm is able to intervene as risk prevention counsel as soon as a criminal risk emerges and assists its clients from the pre-litigation phase of the proceedings (labour inspection investigations, internal investigations).

The criminal labour law team is led by Matthieu Chirez and Clémence Colin, accompanied by their respective teams.
