Insolvency proceedings

JP Karsenty regularly intervenes  in all aspects of insolvency law, both as counsel and in litigation, alongside its clients, regardless of their size. The insolvency law team works closely with the other departments of the firm (corporate law, intellectual and industrial property, labour law, etc.) in order to provide its clients with in-depth and extensive expertise in the context of amicable or judicial procedures dealing with insolvency. 

 As an international law firm, JP Karsenty regularly deals with cases for foreign clients and assists them in understanding and dealing with the law and practice of insolvency proceedings in France.

The Insolvency Law team is headed by Jean-Philippe Arroyo. He is supported by a team of senior and junior associates.
